Payment And Care Credit Options

Payment is expected when services are rendered. In order to focus on our patients’ needs, customer service and minimizing costs, we do not bill.

We accept debit cards, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover) checks and cash. All cards must be signed by the owner of the card.

When unexpected illness strikes a pet, unexpected expense strikes as well. Emergency Pet Hospital of Collier County understands this and is able to make some special arrangements through the CareCredit program. It takes just 5 minutes to complete an application and will allow you to break down your payment into 6 monthly installments. You can either apply at our hospital, where we’ll call in your application over the phone for immediate approval, or apply yourself online at: www.CareCredit.com.

Fees

We are proud of the fact that our fees are very reasonable. They are average for Southwest Florida day practices and substantially lower than most emergency facilities. We strive to keep it that way so that a higher percentage of local pet owners can afford appropriate emergency care. However due to past experience we do not extend credit. An estimate will be given for inpatient cases and a deposit equal to the low end is required. The balance is due when pets are discharged. We have established a non-profit foundation to try to raise money to help those who need financial assistance.
